Greetings everyone! What a busy time in the world of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! If you’re a TMNT comic book collector, you’ve hopefully weathered the 18 covers for TMNT #50 and 31 covers (yep. Thirty. One. !!) for Batman/TMNT #1. “But wait,” you ask. “Weren’t there only 29 covers for Batman/TMNT #1?” And I respond, “Yes, there WERE.” There are now 2nd and 3rd printings for Batman/TMNT #1. But it doesn’t stop there…Batman/TMNT #2 & #3 have reprintings and now even TMNT #55 & #56 have them!
So, given that there are already covers coming out of the woodwork for TMNT, here’s a rundown of the recent reprint covers so you don’t miss them. They’re smaller print runs and aren’t as publicized…and collectors frequently overlook them. Also, I would bet that all 6 issues of Batman/TMNT will have reprints so, although they won’t be listed here, keep an eye out for them as well.
