Some of the most treasured items in my TMNT collection came very early in my collecting days. In fact, I wouldn’t even consider that I was collecting TMNT at the time I acquired some of these things. Many of these items would likely be worth very little on the open market. However, there’s just something about them.
One of those items is the TMNT certificate and membership card I received when joining the TMNT Turtle Force Fan Club back in the late 80’s. I still have all the other stuff that came in the fan club package (bandanna, sticker) but I personally think this certificate was the best part of that package. It’s such a neat piece of TMNT history that you don’t get to see a lot of.
Maybe what makes it so special is that, in order to become a member, you had to fill out the Fan Club form included within those first issue TMNT action figures. At the time that didn’t seem so significant but now we all know that those original figures with the Fan Club form still inside hold significantly more value than those without the form. So, for those of us that signed up for the Fan Club, we basically had to destroy what would eventually become a very sought-after collectible. Isn’t it funny how that stuff works out?
Is there an Address, I can write to get a signed autograph from the TMNT? Thanks a bunch! 🙂

Thank you!
Not that I’m aware of Jenna. You might try the Nickelodeon website.
